Christian started in TV, moved to commercial production companies, then into creative agencies. He has produced every kind of content from hair & beauty to cars, banks, phones and social media, clients include Facebook, Uber, Diageo, Amazon, Jaguar, Samsung, Hugo Boss.
Having been a partner at a creative agency, production company and post production facility. Christian believes the future is in creative production facilities. A retained relationship direct with clients where the focus is delivering the best content for the screen.
Jo Borton
Jo Borton has 20 years of experience in the production industry. As an art buyer and producer.
Working at some of the some of the most creatives agencies in the UK and Amsterdam, BBH, Wieden and Kennedy and 180, to name but a few across some of the most iconic brands; Audi, Levis, ASICS, Benetton, and Tesco.
In 2018, she left the agency world to go client side and spent several years as Director of Creative Services at Charlotte Tilbury. Jo is passionate about photography and loves the challenge of building bespoke production solutions.
Alex Hinx
With over 10 years experience in the advertising industry specialising in post-production, Alex has worked as a video journalist, editor, animator, compositor and post producer, as well as a realtor of his own content.
In this time, he’s chopped up some lovely work for high profile clients like Amazon, Cadbury, Balmain, Betway and Innocent.

Susie Innes
Senior Producer, with expertise in commercial production. She ran a successful TV Department for many years, specialising in high end TV production, as well as establishing integrated production into traditional agency thinking, creating the first independent inhouse Post Production facility.

Over three decades she has worked with network agencies, start ups, and direct to client.
Clients range from huge International brands, to charities, cars, fashion, banks and healthcare.
She believes that a producer’s craft is to view all new challenges with fresh eyes, and she aims to bring the best of her skills and enthusiasm to each new project
